- All InSite staff are working from home. Incoming technical support and administrative calls will be routed and returned in a timely manner.
- The phone system we are currently using to accommodate a remote work environment may display as an unidentified number when calls are returned.
- Customers running InSite SiteWork 2019.0 or higher are encouraged to upgrade to cloud activation. Cloud activation negates the hardware key and easily allows your staff to work remote without having to share a hardware key.
- Activations and installs are available M-F 8-5 ET. 1-877-746-7483.
- Investing in training is always beneficial. All webinar training will continue as usual.
