POSITION: Inside Sales Rep, full-time
What you will be doing
- Sell software updates to established customers running older licenses using the telephone, Email and screen sharing.
- Communicate the value of the updates.
- Educate the customer about the value of training and support.
- Keep track of progress using SalesForce™.
What we are looking for in you
- Make connections with all types of people and build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Have an appetite for learning.
- Be an excellent listener.
- Adaptable and can think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal skills – no fear of the phone.
- Strong organizational and writing skills.
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of experience.
Even better if you have:
- Previous success in sales.
- Blueprint reading and/or CAD skills.
