Technical support is available 7-days a week 8am-10pm.

Live Telephone Support: Call the technical support number M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (US). This number can be found in the Help menu of the software. Choose Help/ 1. InSite manual.

Outside Office Hours: Send an email to support@insitesoftware.com.

In your email, please provide us with a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing and any supporting screenshots. We strongly encourage you to attach any relevant Elevation Pro Job file (e.g. myjob.insite) and related PDF/CAD files to aid our technicians in diagnosing the problem. Please note that support requests that do not provide adequate detailed information will be handled on the next business day during standard support hours.

Technical support is available to all Elevation Pro subscribers who have completed the Elevation 101 training.
