Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (US), live telephone support can be obtained by calling the technical support number. This number is available by choosing Help/ 1. InSite manual.
Support outside the office hours can only be initiated by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
In your email, please provide us with a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing and any supporting screenshots. We strongly encourage you to attach any relevant Elevation Pro Job file (e.g. myjob.insite) and related PDF/CAD files to aid our technicians in diagnosing the problem.
Please note that support requests that do not provide adequate detailed information will be handled on the next business day during standard support hours.
