Bill Towner, a Senior Sitework Estimator at LeChase Construction, has 26 years of industry experience, including 18 years at LeChase. Bill uses Elevation Pro to bid the sitework on commercial projects, K-12 schools, colleges, and municipal development projects primarily in New York State and along the eastern seaboard to South Carolina.
Prior to Elevation Pro, Bill relied on hand dirt takeoff calculations, which were significantly more time-consuming and less accurate. LeChase chose E-Pro for its ease of use, accuracy, and was already in place when Bill joined the team.
