Building a Takeoff continues after adding the existing & proposed grades. Borings can be optionably added by completing the boring log and locating the borings. Next identify any stripping or demolition with the stripping tool. Finally, add the new features like paving, building pads and topsoil respread areas with the subgrade tool.
